Pallets and materials that blocked the exit could present an entrapment and tripping hazard in an emergency.  Occurred on or about  02/20/18

A) 78 Saw Mill Pond Rd Edison, NJ 08817 Main forklift charging station  The eye wash located at the main forklift charging station was not functional. It was completely empty, covered in dirt and littered with garbage.   Hazard observed 02/20/18

A) 78 Saw Mill Pond Rd Edison, NJ 08817 Main charging station area B) 41 Saw Mill Pond Rd Edison, NJ 08817 Main power disconnect   Instance A: An inoperable reach fork truck was blocking clear access to the electrical panel, which powers the secondary forklift charging station.   Occurred on or about  02/20/18  Instance B: During follow up inspection the main disconnect was blocked by pallets, pallet jacks, and other miscellaneous materials.   Occurred on or about 02/27/18
