29 CFR 1926.452(k)(2): Ladders used to support the ladder jack scaffolds did not meet the requirements of Subpart X of this part -- Stairways and Ladders, and job-made ladders will not be used to support ladder jack scaffolds. [Reference: 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4)]  a). At the worksite - On or about February 15, 2018, portable Werner Telescoping Multi-Ladders that were not designed to support a ladder jack scaffold was used to support such a scaffold, thus exposing employees a fall hazard of 7.4 feet.
