29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports:    55 Wellesly Way, Medford, NJ: On or about Feb 20, 2018, a JMS Construction LLC employee was conducting masonry work from a welded tubular frame scaffold.  The employee's working level was not fully planked, exposing him to a potential fall to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level.  55 Wellesly Way, Medford, NJ: On or about Feb 20, 2018, a JMS Construction LLC employee was conducting masonry work from a welded tubular frame scaffold.  The employee's working level did not have a complete guard rail system, exposing him to a potential fall of 13 feet to the ground below.
