29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:    (a) On or about February 22, 2018, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that a hazard communication program was available and implemented at 2990 S Havana St in Aurora, CO 80014 for employees required to use hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to Quick Dry Brake and Parts cleaner which is used to clean automotive parts and contains n-hexane and methanol which may cause skin irritation and acute toxicity respectively.    Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (See Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v):  (a) On or about February 22, 2018, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that  secondary chemical containers  that contained chemicals such as but not limited to Quick Dry Brake and Parts cleaner, which is used to clean automotive parts and contains n-hexane and methanol which may cause skin irritation and acute toxicity respectively, properly labeled with a hazard warning.
