29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a) Addison Subdivision Lot 20: Top of front Porch: On or about February 22, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while using pneumatic roofing nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees operating these tools at 120 PSI while engaged in siding installation activities.
