29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level:   location: level 3, outside addition main entrance on or about: 2/23/18  a) Employees were working from a powered mobile scaffold. The employees were not adequately protected from falling 21 feet 8 inches.  NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the inspection casefile, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
