29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) Worksite, 5 Meadow Lane, Quogue, NY -  Employee was working on top of a fireplace approximately 10 ft. above the landing below without a fall protection system in place; on or about 02/27/18.  Note:  In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this violation in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
