29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(iii)(C): Each cord set, attachment cap, plug and receptacle of cord sets, and any equipment connected by cord and plug, were not visually inspected before each day's use for external defects, such as deformed or missing pins or insulation damage, and for indications of possible internal damage. Equipment found damaged or defective shall not be used until repaired:  a) 822 Longmeadow St., Longmeadow, MA: On or about February 27, 2018, an extension cord was observed in use that had multiple instances of damage to its outer sheath, and the foreman had not inspected it for the obvious damage prior to its being put into service.

Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
