29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical: a) On or about 3/2/18 - Production area at column G2, the Reelcraft retractable hose reel(s) system that dispensed reclaimed metal working fluid GX Cool 39903-M was not labeled as to content or hazard.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i): The employee training did not include the methods and observations used to detect the presence or release of a hazardous chemical in the work area: a) On or about 3/2/18 - Production areas, the CNC machines operators' hazard communication training did not include methods the employer had implemented to reduce and control exposures to metal working fluid (MWF) mist. Employees should be trained to detect and report hazardous conditions such as the degradation of MWF as evidenced by smoke and an excess of settled oils on surfaces.
