29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards were present, or were likely to be present, which necessitated the use of personal protective equipment.    (a) On or about March 6, 2018, at the employer's property at 408 W. Florida St., Milwaukee, WI 53204, while the air in room 401 was being cleaned using an ozone generator as a means of odor elimination, a hazard assessment was not performed to identify personal protective equipment that would be appropriate for the environment created by the apparatus, exposing a worker performing cleanup operations to ozone.
