29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift.      On or about March 7, 2018, in a restaurant parking lot where an employee was exposed to fall hazards while painting the exterior wall of a restaurant from a working form a Genie aerial lift basket without fall protection system.      Systems Painters & Drywall was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1206456, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/1/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 755 SW 19th Street, Moore, OK 73160
