29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee working from an aerial lift:     (a). Worksite located at 1001 S. Commercial, Harrisonville, Missouri- Employee was observed working in an aerial lift without the use of a harness or body belt with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket of the lift.    The Centurylink was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(5) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1122965, citation number 1, item number 2,  and was affirmed as a final order on3-10-16, with respect to a workplace located at 102 Frederick, Maryville, Missouri.
