29 CFR 1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe:    On or about March 7, 2018 and times prior thereto, at the worksite located at or near 2417 Stone Links Drive in North Little Rock, Arkansas, the guard on the Makita hand-held circular saw had been bypassed by wedging a block of wood in the guard. Employees who operated the Makita saw while cutting the planks of wood used for the house frame were exposed to amputation hazards.

Employees were exposed to fall from heights hazards.

On or about March 7, 2018 and times prior thereto, at the worksite located at or near 2417 Stone Links Drive in North Little Rock, Arkansas, employees accessed the roof framing area of a residential house with a ladder that did not extend 3 feet above the upper landing. This condition exposed employees to fall from heights hazards.
