29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    (a) On or about March 08, 2018, at a job site located at 351 Market Center, Terrell, TX; employees painting the beams on the canopy of the Fairfield Inn & Suites Marriott and were exposed to fall hazard up to approximately 22-feet to the lower level; the employees were not protected by the use of a personal fall arrest system or safety net system.
