29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): All places of employment shall be kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allows.  Dorm 9: On or about March 8, 2018 the mechanical room was not maintained in a clean condition and had black mold on the walls.  This condition exposed employees to a health hazard.
