29 CFR 1910.1026(i)(4)(i): Employees were allowed to consume food or beverages at a worksite where chromium (VI) was present; however, the employer did not ensure that the eating and drinking areas were maintained as free as practicable of chromium (VI):    (a) Employees engaged in production activities allowed to use break area to use microwave were exposed to health hazards in that there was 0.1183 microgram per 100 square centimeter of hexavalent chromium detected on the microwave in the break area.    (b) Employees engaged in production activities allowed to use break area to consume food, beverage were exposed to health hazards in that there was 0.1647 microgram per 100 square centimeter of hexavalent chromium detected on a table in the break area.    (c) Employees engaged in production activities allowed to use microwave were exposed to health hazards in that 0.1146 microgram per 100 square centimeter of hexavalent chromium detected on the microwave control panel.
