29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation: a) Lot 4 Longue Vue Blvd. (Daphne, AL); On or about February 28, 2018 and at times prior thereto, employees who were framing a residential structure using pneumatic nail guns were exposed to eye injuries from nails in that the employer did not ensure eye protection was being used.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Lot 4 Longue Vue Blvd. (Daphne, AL); On or about February 28, 2018 and at times prior thereto, employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of 9 feet 8 inches to the ground below in that the employer did not ensure fall protection was being used.
