29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  On or about March 9, 2018, at 9400 W Commercial Blvd., Sunrise, FL 33351, an employee was exposed to a 10-feet 8 inch fall hazard while installing wooden sheeting on the exterior sides and on the parapet walls of the roof of a newly constructed gas station/convenience store, from an aerial lift, during which a body belt/PFAS was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket.
