29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on a low-slope roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system:    (a)  On or about March 13, 2018, employees of Delgado Services LLC were exposed to falls of greater than 19 feet while reroofing a flat roof and working near the edge.  An improperly erected warning line system was the only method of fall protection used on the roof.  The warning line system was erected less than 6 feet from the edges of the building, and had no point of access.    Delgado Services Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1185418, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 1, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 3391 and 3417 First Light Drive in Castle Rock, Colorado.    Delgado Services Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 985950, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 11, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 18000 East 47th Drive in Denver, Colorado.    Abatement Note:  Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
