29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): On or about March 16, 2018, inside the building located at 750 Partridge Ct. in Marco Island, FL, employees were engaged in carpentry work from a scaffold that was not fully planked at a height of 4 feet 7 inches above ground level while exposed to fall hazards.
