29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Location: roof On or about: 3/14/18 a) Employees, installing solar panels, were not using with fall protection. The employees were exposed to a fall of between 15' and 17'. NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the inspection casefile, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.

The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: Location: entire site On or about: 3/14/18 a) Employees, exposed to fall hazards while installing solar panels, were not provided with adequate fall protection training. NOTE: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
