29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:    On or about March 7, 2018, the employer did not ensure that the exit route(s) were kept free and unobstructed, in that, exit door(s) on the east side of the store were blocked, with a bench and several carts placed in front of the doors, exposing employees to fall and tripping hazards.    Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
