29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) On or about March 22, 2018 at a job site located at 18814 Interstate 20 Canton, TX; employees installing a metal roof at Splash Kingdom Waterpark, where at least one (1) employee was walking around on the ground when a piece of metal roof fell to the ground. The employee did not have on a hard hat and was exposed to head injuries where overhead hazard exists.
