At the jobsite, employees were not wearing hardhats while working below other employees that were framing a residential house, exposing employees to struck-by hazards from falling objects.

At the jobsite, employees operating Hitachi nail guns while performing framing activities were not wearing eye protection, exposing employees to the hazard of being struck by flying objects.

29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not used in continuous lengths without splice or tap    At the jobsite,  the red extension cord was spliced to a black extension cord supplying power to a Hitachi nail gun while performing framing activities, exposing employees to the hazard of electrical burns.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.    At the jobsite, employees engaged in framing activities at a height of over 6 feet were not protected by a fall arrest system. Employees were exposed to an unprotected fall of over 12 feet to the ground below.
