A Dismantler was exposed to 88.94% of noise dose which is equivalent to approximately 89.1 dBA. Sampling was conducted for 410 minutes on April 4, 2018. Zero exposure was assumed for the remaining 70 minutes.     c) In the shop, a hearing conservation program had not been established. A Foreman was exposed to 157.6% of noise dose which is equivalent to approximately 93.0 dBA. Sampling was conducted for 424 minutes on April 4, 2018. Zero exposure was assumed for the remaining 56 minutes.    d) In the shop, a hearing conservation program had not been established. A Foreman was exposed to 178.1% of noise dose which is equivalent to approximately 94.0 dBA. Sampling was conducted for 400 minutes on April 4, 2018. Zero exposure was assumed for the remaining 90 minutes.
