29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points.  Employees were exposed to fire and smoke inhalation hazards in the event of a fire in that the egress route was reduced below 28 inches in the following instances:  a) Room 800-05 egress was reduced to approximately 18 inches. b) Room 800-07 egress was reduced to approximately 21 inches.

29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6:  Employees working in or near Building E flammable liquids cabinet were exposed to fire and smoke inhalation hazards in that approximately 17 propane containers were being stored inside the cabinet.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section:   Employees working in or near Building E flammable liquids cabinet were exposed to fire and smoke inhalation hazards in that a bottle containing what was thought to be used oil was not labeled.
