29 CFR 1910.304(b)(2): Outlet devices had an ampere rating less than the load being served: Employees working in or near the south west corner of room 522 were exposed to fire and smoke inhalation hazards in that a re-locatable power tap was being used to power two coffee pots, two toasters, and a microwave for which the equipment was not rated.

29 CFR 1910.305(d)(2): Panelboard enclosures. Panelboards shall be mounted in cabinets, cutout boxes, or enclosures designed for the purpose and shall be dead front. However, panelboards other than the dead front externally-operable type are permitted where accessible only to qualified persons. Employees working in or near the electrical panel in room 514 were exposed to electrical shock, fire, and smoke inhalation hazards in that the dead front electrical panel allowed access to live parts by all employees.
