In the manual machine area where employees were exposed to caught-by hazards while working with a Kingston brand manual lathe identified by the employer as Lathe #1 without a guard to cover the rotating chuck. b. In the manual machine area where employees were exposed to caught-by hazards while working with a Kingston brand manual lathe identified by the employer as Lathe #2 without a guard to cover the rotating chuck. c. In the manual machine area where employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while using a HE&M brand horizontal band saw model 90A-1 without a guard to protect employees from unused portion of the blade. d. In the manual machine area where employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while using a HE&M brand horizontal band saw model 90A-4 without a guard to protect employees from unused portion of the blade.
