29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-sloped roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels was not protected from  falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line systems and guardrail systems, warning line systems and safety net systems, or warning line systems and personal fall arrest systems, or warning line systems and safety monitoring systems:  (a) On or about March 27, 2018 for employees exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16 feet on a 4 in 12 pitch roof while installing roofing materials without fall protection systems in place at 1600 South 14th Street in Grand Forks, North Dakota.
