Jobsite: Employees were not provided and required to wear safety glasses while operating saws and nail guns during wood framing operations where there was potential to be hit with flying particles.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  Jobsite:   a) A employees was exposed to a fall hazard over 20 feet from ground level while working on the pitch roof and a fall hazard over 8 feet from ground level while working on flat roof during framing operations.   b) Employees were exposed to a fall hazard from a floor opening approximately 10 feet down to basement level without a fall protection system in place.

29 CFR 1926.1051(a): A stairway or ladder shall be provided at all personnel points of access where there is a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, and no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist is provided.  Jobsite Front Entrance: One of the entrances into the building did not have a  stairway constructed, where there was a 51 inch break in elevation.
