29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss ofan eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours:    a) 150 Main Road Montville, NJ    On or about February 06, 2018, an employee was hospitalized for falling 10 feet to the ground below while performing construction activities on the roof surface. The employer failed to report the hospitalization within 24 hours as the report was received on March 29, 2018.    No abatement certification or documentation required.
