29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition:  (a) NPC South Plant, Screen Printing Area: On or about 04/02/2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to trip hazards on the walking/working surfaces near the storage cabinet area, in that wood pallets, lighting fixtures and other debris were not picked up after maintenance work was completed.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:  (a) NPC South, Inc. Plant, Screen Printing Area: On or about 04/02/2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to potential fire hazards, in that the Lawson Trooper Express Screen Printing machine was plugged into a 50-ft. extension/flexible cord and not a fixed electrical outlet.
