At the establishment; the employer did not ensure all work areas and walkways were free from tripping hazards and in an orderly and sanitary condition.  The passage way, used to retrieve merchandise was obstructed with piles of auto parts, paintings, heaters, lawn equipment, etc.

At the establishment,  the employer did not ensure the "Exit" routes were kept free and unobstructed.  The exit routes were blocked by material such as but not limited to lawn equipment, auto parts, paintings, heaters, etc., creating a hazard of safe egress in case of fire.
