29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (a) PetAid Animal Hospital, 191 Yuma St., Denver, CO 80223: On and before April 3, 2018, the employer did not maintain a written hazard communication program that met the elements of the standard effective in 2015 The employer's program still refers to Material Safety Data Sheets, when the correct term is Safety Data Sheets.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (a) PetAid Animal Hospital, 191 Yuma St., Denver, CO 80223: On and before April 3, 2018, the employer did not provide employees with effective information and training on their potential exposure to chemicals in the work place. The employer could not adequately train employees on this standard when their Hazard Communication Program does not reflect the changes to the standard which were effective in 2015. The employer's program still refers to Material Safety Data Sheets, when the correct term is Safety Data Sheets.
