29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:    a) Production Department On March 27, 2018, the employer did not ensure that extension cords were not used as a substitute for fixed wiring. An extension cord was used to supply power to the TT 80/31 TampoPrint, a portable fan, power strip and a portable light.  No abatement documentation or certification required for this item.
