29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  a)  Home Style Bakery of Grand Junction, inc., at 924 N. 7th St., Grand Junction, CO 81501:  On and before April 3, 2018, the employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) would be met.  The employer used chemicals such as, but not limited to, Ecolab Heavy Duty Degreaser, and Oven, Grill, and Fryer Cleaner.  This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards.
