29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:   (a). Worksite located at 421 Hwy 291, Liberty, Missouri- Employees were observed to possible eye injury hazard by using pneumatic nail guns and were not wearing any means of eye protection.

Worksite located at 421 Hwy 291, Liberty, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fire or explosion hazard in that the containers being used to dispense gasoline was not a DOT approved container.

Worksite located at 421 Hwy 291, Liberty, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working near unprotected edges and were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.
