Worksite located at 3008 Erie Park, North Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were observed working and walking under suspended loads and equipment and were not protected from impact by the use of hard hats.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:   (a). Worksite located at 3008 Erie Road, North Kansas City, Missouri- Employee were exposed to projectile hazards while employee were using radial saws and pneumatic nail guns and were not wearing any means of eye protection.

Worksite located at 3008 Erie Park, North Kansas City, Missouri- Employee was observed working on walking on top of the roof of the structure and was not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection.
