29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure.    Location: 510 Ryerson Rd., Lincoln Park, NJ.    a) Employer utilized temporary extension cords as a permanent connection to power the Polybag machine and the fill-pack TT/ran-pack machine.  The extension cords were not used as specified as employer used it to capacity daily thereby increasing overheating and thus creating a potential fire hazard at the facility; on or about 4/3/18.
