29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 8341 Ryan Ridge Loop, Montgomery, Alabama:  On or about April 10, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to perform framing activities while standing on the top of framed walls without fall protection exposing his employee to a fall hazard of 8 feet 2 inches to the concrete floor below.
