29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:    Construction Site: On or about April 10, 2018 an employee was observed working on a basket without the use of proper fall protection. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 6-feet to the ground below.    Sign Design was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1101304, citation number 1, item number 1and was affirmed as a final order on December 17, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 5380 North Mesa St, El Paso, TX 79912.
