29 CFR 1926.502(d)(9): Lanyards and/or vertical lifelines did not have a minimum breaking strength of 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN): a) At 8337 Ryan Ridge Loop, Montgomery, Alabama: On or about April 11, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to secure lifelines to the trusses of the house with a knot decreasing lifelines strength by fifty percent exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 9 feet 6 inches to the ground below.
