29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports: The employer did not ensure that the working level was fully planked. On the south side of the building the working levels of the scaffold had only one plank installed where it takes three to fully plank the working surface. Employee/s were exposed to a fall hazard in excess of ten (10) feet.
