OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by equipment.  On or about April 5, 2018, in Bay #1of the Depot Department at CBSL Transportation Services, employees were exposed to stuck-by hazards, when a portable ISO tank was over pressured and ruptured, while conducting a hydrostatic pressure test.
