The employer did not ensure that the scaffolding was erected under the supervision of a competent person.    Nussbaum Enterprises, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.451(f)(7), which was contained in OSHA inspection number: 1244354, citation number 1 , item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 15, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 501 Broadway, Normal, IL 61761.    Nussbaum Enterprises, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.451(f)(7), which was contained in OSHA inspection number: 1073746, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on October 20, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 3008 Pilgrims Way, Dunlap, IL 61525.
