29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):    "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.    On 4/11/2018, Earl Banze Construction Co., Inc. was installing sheathing on a roof of a residential building located at 211 North Jessie Court in Wentzville, MO.  The foreman and two employees were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  They were observed on a 9/12 sloped roof of the building approximately nine feet above the ground without fall protection, exposing them to a fall to the ground below.
