Employers must ensure employees are trained in the requirements of this paragraph 1910.30(a)(1) through 1910.30 (a)(3)(IV) on or before May 17, 2017.      On or about April 18, 2018 the employer did not provide fall hazard training as required for employees who are required to go onto the roof top, to perform maintenance work. The roof top is approximately 60 feet high.

Employees were not provided with voltage insulated rated gloves and arm sleeves to protect the employees from hazards associated with electrocution, arc flash, and arc blast.
