29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(i): Footings were not level, sound, rigid, and capable of supporting the loaded scaffold without settling or displacement: Lot 1004 Bergman Place, Bayberry South, Middletown-On or about April 13, 2018 the employer failed to provide a footing capable of supporting the scaffold without displacement. The employees were exposed to a possible scaffold collapse. The scaffold was erected on uneven soil. One of the poles show the following condition: One leg of the scaffold was completely level on a mudsill, however the soil underneath the mudsill had eroded, and part of the mudsill was 3 inches off the ground in the air without support.
