29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):      a) Bayberry South, 1105-1106 Chopin Drive Circle - On or about April 5, 2017 the employer failed to ensure employees engaged residential construction activities were protected from falls greater than 6 feet.  Employees of a subcontractor were engaged in framing activities, at a heights of approximately 13 feet above grade, without any means of fall protection.       b) Bayberry South, 1004 Bergman Drive - On or about April 13, 2017 the employer failed to ensure employees engaged in residential construction activities were protected from falls of greater than 6 feet.  Employees of a subcontractor were working around unprotected door and window openings, approximately 10 feet above grade, without any means of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s)     a) Bayberry South, 1105-1106 Chopin Drive Circle - On or about April 5, 2017, the employer failed to conduct regular and frequent inspections of the job site.  Employees of a subcontractor were engaged residential framing activities, approximately 13 feet above grade, without any means of fall protection.      b) Bayberry South, 1004 Bergman Drive- On or about April 13, 2017, the employer failed to conduct regular and frequent inspections of the job site.  Employees of a subcontractor engaged residential construction activities were working near unprotected window openings, approximately 10 feet above grade, without any means of fall protection.
