29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. On or about April 18, 2018, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that the employer failed to maintain a program which included the identification of wall openings and ensured guardrails, a safety net system or a personal fall arrest system was used to protect employees.
